Cheryl L. Malick, DMD, and her family, have been Naples residents since 1985, and she has been proudly serving our community at her state-of-the-art office, Dental Excellence, on North Airport Rd since 2003. Alumnus of Barron Collier High School and the University of Florida, she achieved undergraduate honors in a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences with a minor in Biomedical Engineering. Thereafter, she graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry with Research Honors.

Dr. Malick is passionate about her profession and committed to ongoing continuing education. This ensures Dental Excellence offers patients state-of-the-art dental materials, techniques, and technologies, including the newest addition the Cadent Itero digital impression system. Dr. Malick also has an interest in forensic odontology and has been certified by the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) as a member of the FBI's National Dental Image Review Panel.  This panel aides the FBI in the dental coding of missing and unidentified persons' cases to ideally bring closure to previously unsolved cases. Dr. Malick is also a member of the Florida Emergency Mortuary Operations Response System. This state organization is deployed after catastrophic events (such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes) to aide in the identification of the victims.  She is a member of: Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, Collier County Dental Association, FEMORS (Florida Emergency Mortuary Response System), FBI National Dental Image Review Panel, International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics, American Society of Forensic Odontology, Tau Beta Pi, national engineering honor society and LVI dentist.
